Vacancy: Client Operations Manager (Part-time)
Due to company growth Archive Capital is now hiring for a part-time Client Operations Manager to take ownership of the operational, compliance, and financial infrastructure of the business.
This is a hands-on, high-trust role for someone who thrives in a small, founder-led environment and wants real responsibility from day one.
This is a part-time Dublin-based role with remote flexibility.
Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end client onboarding process in a regulated environment, serving as the primary point of contact for clients through that process

Work with our external compliance consultant to ensure appropriate sales and client service processes and procedure are in place

Ensure internal processes align with regulatory requirements and documented policies

Handle client queries and maintain strong ongoing client relationships

Manage and maintain CRM data and client interactions

Maintain accurate, audit-ready client files and records
-
Liaise with partners (e.g. fund platforms and administrators) on operational matters

Manage and maintain a clear calendar of regulatory obligations and filings
-
Assist with financial management (invoicing, VAT returns, financial reporting etc)
Qualifications

3–7 years’ experience in financial services

Experience in investment, pensions, or wealth management is essential

Strong understanding of investment products and client onboarding processes

Background in pensions administration, investment operations, or client service roles highly relevant

Familiarity with AML/KYC and Irish regulatory requirements

QFA qualification desirable

Highly organised, detail-oriented, and process-driven

Comfortable taking ownership and working in a small, founder-led environment
